I look at the pictures and read the blogs that have been written and I can’t believe what you must be seeing, feeling and experiencing it seems so overwhelming for such young people. We are so proud of you for taking this challenge and did not realize the scope of it until you see. I can’t wait to actually hear from you to know that you are okay and handling all this.
We think of you daily and say to each other wonder how Cayne is doing. We saw little glimpses of you in some of the pictures that are posted and Cole said I sure miss him!!!

Dear Jean This is the blog I wrote last night and couldn’t “submit”. Your blog was really profound. It’s hard to imagine such a definetive story about our garbage. Having just watched Live Earth 2 weekends ago and thinking about our limited resources and recycling. Now reading your story about lives lived in a dump I’m speechless. Children who have to stop their play to check out the latest garbage; breaks my heart. Just bringing fresh water to these people is a sign of compassion which they must appreciate. I do not think they have experienced much compassion. I’m really proud of all you wonderful people giving care to these forgotten ones. I’m very proud of you Jean and Love You Very Much Mom
