It is difficult for parents to let their kids go off to do this however when you think of what exceptionally difficult decisions parents in third world countries have to make for or about their children every day our concerns pale in comparison. I know that Courtney will come home with a further compassion for the needs of others and I am very much looking forward to hearing about her time in the Domincan Republic.
