Hey everyone! Greetings from Medina NY (near Buffalo). Thanx to Rana for convincing me to rent a car and drive from TO back to Buffalo to visit my family. Exhausted as I am, it was well worth it to see my nephews and my niece–what a wake me up! Been here only a few hours, and yes indeed the guitar has already come out. I wish I had all of you here to play with them too! Miss you all, and you all have a superbig place in my heart for ever! Special shouts out to mi esposa, the runners, my yoga instructor, my leaders, and my heroes (all of you!). I really felt like I’ve gained a whole new family! Can’t wait to get back home to sleep! Take care every1!
Bon Jogi
Mixed feelings is what I’m going through, definately. I’m missing all of you, and all the kids we saw and yet I’m glad to be home, glad to be able to share my expirences with all of my family and friends.
I’m starting to lose my voice (possibly from my rambling recounts of my trip!) and I’m going to start writing my newspaper article today, I’ll post it somewhere accesible to everyone so you can see! I’m also going to start working on my HeroHoliday song and I’ll make sure that everyone has access to that too.
I’m going to miss you all so much, and I’m so happy for this expirence, and so happy I was privilaged enough to be able to join you all, missing you and thinking of you…

Started 3 am this morning from Medina NY, drove to TO, got a flight to Thunder Bay and drove the rest of the way this afternoon and made it back to Sioux Lookout in one piece. Thinking of you to stay awake! Bon Jogi, the Energizer bunnies batteries are finally running low. Gnight!
We finally got our Heather H home and settled last night! Sooo good to see her… and so great to meet Jaklyn (and Karen, her Mom) from the first session this year! They came out to the airport to meet Heather… she was so surprised and happy to see Jaklyn! I think we’ll be seeing more of these two hero’s getting together!
Wish we’d hear more from other NS Hero’s! Please email! cherylgbc@ns.sympatico.ca
Much love
