To Whom it May Concern:
On behalf of North Miami Beach, I would like to take this opportunity to commend Mr. Vaden Earle, president and founder of Absolute Leadership Development, Inc. for his work with youth of this generation. As the vice mayor of the City, I appreciate the importance of developing leadership skills at a young age that will enable these same individuals to become world leaders and people of influence to serve our countries in the years to come.
As I have spent time with Vaden, I have been inspired by his passion as he carries the vision of Absolute, his initiative in launching Hero Holiday (an undertaking which no one else has dared to venture into up until now), and his wisdom, integrity and insight as a leader. I have personally traveled to the Dominican Republic with Vaden and watched as government officials were inspired by the vision to bring aid to their country.
I consider it an honor and a privilege to partner with Vaden and Absolute as they launch Hero Holiday 2005. I am behind them wholeheartedly, and I am confident they will complete this project with excellence.
